Cant sleep

Common thing at this time of year , to much on my mind , so I cant sleep , Nytol , no thanks makes me dizzy and if you miss the drowsy bit 20 mins in it has opposite effect , anyway seems like Ive spent one and a half hours tidying up our website . It is now more organised with an index page , nothing fancy with flash and gimmicks just a list of links with other links that eventually gets the page , hopefully by now most people will use back button rather than me inserting another back link . So i was thinking just last night , when i was but a lad at primary school and keen to integrate , life was not that easy , at football or for that matter most sports , i was the last to be picked to play and even then destined for the goals . Funny now when it comes to interviewing potential workers i find myself in the opposite position. The same rules apply or are we allowed to adopt the same rules , probably not . Am i now allowed to tell people they re not good enough to be in my team , or destined for the goals , I dont think so ............find another team I think. Is this part of the circle of life ........................lifes what you make it ,, it cant be tails all the time ....................heads i win .
